At The Farm Connection, we want you to love your rural-inspired fashion, but if a piece doesn't fit your lifestyle, we offer effortless returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email, then securely fix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed within 5-7 business days.
